VIKING CRUISE LINE ARRIVES IN NEW ZEALAND

The Viking Sun berthed in Auckland on Anniversary Day, and the ship alongside Queens Wharf added to the excitement on Auckland’s waterfront.  As it was the first time the ship (and Viking Ocean Cruises) had come to Auckland I presented a plaque, on behalf of Ports of Auckland, commemorating the arrival.  The Viking Sun is a beautiful new ship stopping in New Zealand as part of a round the world voyage, and it will be coming again next season, as well as its sister ship, the Viking Orion.
